The last two years have been interestingly diverse with a mixture of pure business
consultancy and some product development.
- For a major fixed line carrier I developed a system to combine multiple billing feeds
into a single corporate bill with a SAP upload capability.

- For a mobile provider I developed a system to produce over 1,000 graphical reports
every month and email them to line managers in PDF format. This was to satisfy the
requirements of one of their main corporate clients.

- Negotiated on behalf of a client with a supplier to terminate a contract and write
off all outstanding charges.

- Assisted a client to diversify his business into a new market.

- Recommended and then implemented the transition from in-house to external client
facing servers. Making a substantial annual saving and gaining resilience at the
same time. Then negotiated all supply agreements round the new infrastructure.
