Over a period of twenty five years, Julian Edwards has built three companies from nothing into successful small businesses. Each business started with an idea and with a mixture of hard work and dedication grew into valuable enterprises. All three businesses continue to operate successfully in their original telecommunications and outsourcing based markets. Achieving three successes out of three involved a mixture of luck, hard work and more right decisions than wrong ones.
Since 2004, he has been assisting small businesses to work smarter. Julian works with his clients to manage their supplier relationships, identifying products or services that can be improved and then negotiating better terms with the incumbent or new supplier.
He also manages infrastructure change as the business goes through growth or downsizing.
Having operated at senior director level for over two decades, Julian is able to operate autonomously, relieving the owner/directors of tasks that generally impinge on growing their businesses.
