our rates

For one off projects, I generally charge by the day and provide a firm estimate in advance. My overheads are low so my charges do not have to reflect these.

My standard daily rate is £475 plus expenses at cost or whatever is considered fair and reasonable by both parties. I am quite prepared to put in free time if it can make a difference to the long term viability of a business, so please don’t be deterred from contacting me.

For ongoing business support I charge a monthly fixed fee that covers regular visits, unlimited support and plenty more. I have found this to work well when hand holding a business through a transitional period.

I have occasionally taken a stake in a business or worked on a pure results driven basis.
